Setting manual proxy in Google:

Open Google/Click Wrench icon/ Options/ Change your proxy settings/ Connections/ LAN Settings/ uncheck Automatically Detect/ Put a checkmark in the "Use a proxy server ..."/ additionally / Insert Manual proxy ...... Port ... / Put a checkmark in the "same proxy server for all ..."/ Press Ok / Ok / 

Click Settings / uncheck Automatically Detect / Put a checkmark in the "Use a proxy server ..."/ additionally / Insert Manual proxy ...... Port ... / Put a checkmark in the "same proxy server for all ..."/ Press Ok / Ok / Ok 

That's it! 

Close Google! Open it again!
